Jennings is back this spring at the State Theatre. Jennings’
music is honest, pure, and unpredictable. While maintaining the
instrumental roots of artists like Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings,
and Merle Haggard, Jennings and bandmate Kevin Post have incorporated
dynamic, contemporary, progressive alternative groups like Bon
Jovi, Nickelback, and Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. The result
is a new wave of driving, unpredictable, exciting country music
that demands to be heard.
