For tickets purchased in the box office, please contact info@kazoostate.com to set up an appointment for your refund.
For tickets purchased online through Ticketmaster, a refund link will be visible under the order in your Ticketmaster account. Due to the current volume of refund requests across the Ticketmaster portfolio, the estimated wait time for a refund is as soon as 30 days. If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets through Ticketmaster.

Experience a fusion of blues, soul, and R&B as the Robert Cray Band brings their LIVE show to the Kalamazoo State Theatre March 19th 2021!
A five-time Grammy winner, Blues Hall of Fame inductee, recipient of the Americana Music Lifetime Achievement Award, Cray has released more than 20 acclaimed albums! Robert Cray has created a sound that rises from American roots and arrives today both fresh and familiar. The Robert Cray Band returns to the Kalamazoo State Theatre March 15th 2020.
Blue Veins, a regular performer at Kalamazoo’s Bluesfest, will appear as a duo! The band competed in the International Blues Challenge in Memphis in 2018.
